If your jewelry item is damaged, please contact us at dfj.contact@gmail.com. Please include photos of your damaged product. We are happy to evaluate the damage and repair if reasonable! 

You may exchange items (excluding earrings and sale items) 7 days after receiving your order for a store credit or another item. 

Reminder: repairs can only be completed for JEWELRY ITEMS.
